  5. Service levels or response times (e.g. answering e-mails) are provided on best effort basis. A delay of one week must be taken into account in any case.
  6. Commercial exploitation of any part or a combination of parts of the site is prohibited.
  7. External parties Eagle Dynamics and Heatblur have no involvement in the creation or testing of the services on this site, and cannot be contacted regarding this EULA or any other questions in relation to this site.
  8. Personal data of user profiles will not be passed on to any third parties, except in the event of investigations, inquiries or instructions of public authorities.
  9. Your user profile (including all data) will be erased 3 years after your last login. In case you login within that period of 3 years, your user profile will be available for another 3 years.
  10. A registered user can remove his/her user profile by using the "Request removal of user profile". In this case, a link for removal is sent to the registered e-mail address. If you have problems in receiving this e-mail, please contact the support crew via the e-mail address support37@viggen.training.
  11. Please contact the e-mail address support37@viggen.training to solve any major problem with our services (legal issues, etc.) before taking official steps. We are happy to solve problems together in a timely and cooperative manner.

By publishing your nickname, you accept additional terms:

  1. Your nickname will be placed on the "Eternal list of the best" as long as your user profile is configured for "Publish nickname".
    Note: If you don't publish your nickname, a placeholder is used instead.

By publishing your results, you accept additional terms:

  1. Your results will be placed beside your nickname (or the placeholder in case you don't publish your nickname) on the "Eternal list of the best" as long as your user profile is configured for "Publish results".
    Note: If you don't publish your results, placeholders are used instead.
  2. You allow the administrator of the site www.viggen.training to look for results in the database of the assessment center https://lms.infowerk.systems/viggentraining. In order to obtain relevant data, your e-mail adress will be used to look up there. In case you have a registered user there, your results of all accomplished exams are then beeing transfered by hand to the database of www.viggen.training. This will usually happen once a month. In case this procedure changes someday in the future, you will be informed accordingly.
